What is Tennis Elbow?

Contrary to its name, you don’t have to be a tennis player to suffer from tennis elbow. Tennis elbow, also known as lateral epicondylitis, is an inflammation of the outside of the outside elbow bone and typically occurs from strenuous overuse of the muscles and tendons located in the forearm and around the elbow joint.
