YogaEver wondered what the big hype about Yoga is and why people enjoy those seemingly impossible and weirdly twisted poses? Most people have a general idea what “Yoga” is all about, but Yoga is so much more than just putting yourself in “weird” positions. In fact, Yoga is all about harmonizing the body with the mind and breathing through the means of various breathing techniques, yoga postures (asanas) and meditation.

What is Yoga?

Stemming from the Sankrit word “yuj” which means “to unite or integrate,” Yoga has been diligently practiced all over the world for over 5000 years. In essence, Yoga is the union of body, mind and spirit.

Clinic Closed Due To COVID-19

To all our valued patients:

Caron Chiropractic Clinic has always tried to stay ahead of the curve with our care delivery by giving our patients the best and the latest information available. Although we feel like we play a pivotal role in your wellness and care of your body, we also realize the current COVID-19 pandemic is currently a bigger issue at hand.

After following the data and considering how best to serve our community we have decided to temporarily close our clinic for the first time in our 28 year history. Unprecedented times call for unprecedented measures by all of us to do our part for the greater good of our community.

As of the end of the day Thursday March 19, 2020 we will be pausing operation of our clinic until April 6, 2020 unless otherwise stated. We will be keeping you posted of any changes to these plans as updates with COVID-19 are ever changing. Thank you for your understanding and we charge you to do what you can to help stop the spread of COVID-19 and support those who may need it during these challenging times.
